If you have been to the gym you might have noticed the upgrade of our soap dispensers in the bathrooms and the addition of hygiene stations and sanitizers throughout the club.
We have added a suggestion box in the locker area and are keeping a close eye on what our members are looking for, and have set the ball rolling for many.
Due to the success of “Hard Core, Power Fit” we have added an extra class to the timetable on Thursday morning at 7.30-8am.
We have also added a weeknight Spin/Cycle class on Wednesday at 6.30pm (tonight). We have received a few request for a Spin/Cycle class on Monday night at 6.30pm – please send through your thoughts to email@example.com
Remember Pilates with Sarah Dunn is at 9.30am on Saturday mornings.
