New Class: Hard Core – Power Fit 0.5 on Thursday Morning

We’ve added a class to get your Thursday’s pumping right from the start.  Details are:

Hard Core – Power Fit 0.5 at 7.30am for 30 minutess with Matt Wilson. Meet at reception

As with all Hard Core – Power Fit classes, this one isn’t for the weak willed!  If you are looking for a great start to the day, this is a quick burst of a mad 30 minutes involving both cardio and muscular workouts.
