Classes

Classes are a fun part of the week because we’re all in it together.  We all experience the aches, the sweat and the exhaustion but finishing on such a high simply cannot be bottled.

However many classes you take part in, whatever you do, we hope that no matter the mood you enter the class you leave smiling and feeling great.

MONDAY evening: Jiu Jitsu at 7pm for 90 minutes with Gui Neves in the studio.*

TUESDAY lunchtime: Pilates at 12.30pm in the studio with Rebecca Smith (Bec)
TUESDAY evening: “Hard Core – Power Fit” at 6pm with Matt Wilson on the ground floor.
TUESDAY evening: Jiu Jitsu at 7pm for 90 minutes with Gui Neves in the studio.*
TUESDAY evening: Combined Defensive Training at 7.30pm with Matt Wilson on the ground floor.#

WEDNESDAY lunchtime: Box Fit at 12.30pm with Dale Richards downstairs.
